Ingredients:
500g All Purpose Flour
25g Cocoa Powder
60g Light Brown Sugar
7g Instant Yeast
8g Salt
15g Vegetable Oil
300g Water (room temperature)





Step By Step Instruction

Step 1



Place all the infrdients in the mixing bowl.

Step 2



Start at low speed for 1 minute, then increase the speed a notch higer and continue to mix for 10 minutes. The dough will look a little sticky and that is normal.

Step 3



Transfer the dough onto the counter top, and knead with your hands for 1 minute.

Step 4



Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 5



Once the dough is rested, divide it into 5 equal portions.

Step 6



Place the shaped dough balls in a well greased pan and line with parchment paper.
Cover and let it rise till double in size.

Step 7



It took 90 minutes for the dough to rise in room temperature.

Step 8



Spray with some water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Preheated oven at 200°C.
Baking Mode: Top & bottom heating elements without fan.

Baking Temperature: 200°C
Baking Time: 25 minutes
