Chocolate Chips Cookies


110g Softened Butter
110g Peanut Butter
110g Sugar
30g Beaten Egg
150g All Purpose Flour
6g Baking Soda
2g Salt
100g Chocolate Chips
30g Ground Peanuts

Baking Mode: Top and bottom heating elements without fan.
Baking Temperature: 180°C
Baking Time: 12 minutes

Baking time may vary depending on the accuracy and type of your oven.

Preparation Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
3. Cream the soften butter, peanut butter and sugar with a hand mixer untill thoroughly combined.
4. Then add the egg and mix well.
5. Slowly mix in the flour, baking soda and salt into a dough.
6. Add in the chocolate chips and ground peanuts.
7. Scoop the cookies dough onto the lined baking tray.
8. Bake the cookies in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes.
9. Cool the cookies on a wire rack. Store the cookies in a air tight container.
