200g Cream Cheese
200g Mascarpone
75g Sugar
300g Whipping Cream
30g Lemon Juice
4 Gelatine Sheets (1,7g per sheet)
60g Hot Water

Step By Step Instruction

Step 1

Use any of your sponge cake as base.

Step 2

Place the sliced strawberry against the cake collar.

Step 3

Soak the gelatine in cold water.

Step 4

Add the cream cheese, mascarpone and sugar in a mixing bowl and mix well.

Step 5

Add in the whipping cream and lemon juice.

Step 6

Mix well.

Step 7

Add the soaked gelatine in hot water.

Step 8

Add the gelatine mixture into the cream cheese batter.

Step 9

Mix well.

Step 10

Step 11

Smooth it out with a spatula.

Step 12

Top with any fruit of your choice.

Step 13

Remove the metal ring.

Step 14
