Ingredients
- Milk
- Sugar
- Eggs
- Salt
- Vanilla essence
- Melted butter
- Desiccated coconut
- Raisins
- Coconut flour
- Corn starch
Instructions
- Combine milk, sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla essence, and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Add desiccated coconut, raisins, coconut flour, and corn starch.
- Mix well and allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe into an 8 cm wreath shape.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
